    Comparison of Decision Support Systems with DEMATEL-SAW and DEMATEL-TOPSIS in the Process of Journal Acceptance: Case study in The Postgraduate E-Journal of State University of Malang

    Concerns about scientific publications have been proliferating in Indonesia. Consequently, the number of published journals in e-journal has been rapidly increasing over the past few years. The growing trend of e-journal hence requires a decision support system in its application. The DSS will help the reviewers in determining the eligibility of an article in the journal’s verification process. Several DSS methods such as DEMATEL, SAW, and TOPSIS, among others, are proposed to provide an effective means in the process. This research aims to present a solid comparison of two combined methods, DEMATEL-SAW and DEMATEL-TOPSIS, as they overcome each method’s shortcomings, in determining the eligibility of an article. The eligibility criteria have been determined as a guide. The calculation results show that the DEMATEL-SAW has a relatively higher degree of accuracy compared to that of DEMATEL-TOPSIS when fewer criteria variables are included, whereas the DEMATEL-TOPSIS method has a higher degree of consistency when being utilized on a variable with more criteri

    ABSTRAK   Amrullah, Ahmad Khakim. 2015. Pengembangan Bahan Ajar Berbasis Proyek Mata Pelajaran Pemrograman Web Dinamis untuk Siswa Kelas XI SMK Program Keahlian Rekayasa Perangkat Lunak. Skripsi, Jurusan Teknik Elektro, Prodi S1 Pendidikan Teknik Informatika, Fakultas Teknik, Universitas Negeri Malang. Pembimbing: (I) Drs. Slamet Wibawanto, M.T., (II) Didik Dwi Prasetya, S.T., M.T.   Kata Kunci: bahan ajar, pemrograman web dinamis, pembelajaran berbasis proyek.   Kondisi bahan ajar yang ada di SMK Negeri 12 Malang masih berupa bahan ajar sederhana yaitu bahan ajar presentasi (PPT), yang digunakan untuk menyampaikan materi pelajaran. Hal tersebut diperoleh dari hasil wawancara dengan Bu Diyan selaku guru pengampu mata pelajaran Pemrograman Web Dinamis di SMK Negeri 12 Malang. Dengan terbatasnya bahan ajar yang digunakan tersebut menjadikan proses pembelajaran kurang maksimal dengan penerapan Kurikulum 2013, sehingga diperlukan adanya bahan ajar yang dapat digunakan siswa untuk belajar secara mandiri dalam mempelajari materi secara teori maupun praktik. Solusi untuk permasalahan tersebut adalah dengan mengembangkan Bahan Ajar Berbasis Proyek Mata Pelajaran Pemrograman Web Dinamis dengan harapan dapat membantu tahapan-tahapan proses belajar dengan baik. Model pengembangan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah model pengembangan Dick and Carey yang terdiri dari: (1) Identifying Instructional Goal, (2) Identifying Entry Behaviors, Characteristics, (3) Conducting Instructional Analysis, (4) Writing Performance Objectives, (5) Developing Criterion-Referenced Test, (6) Developing Instructional Strategy, (7) Developing and Selecting Instruction, (8) Designing and Conducting Formative Evaluation, (9) Revising Instruction, dan (10) Designing and Conducting Formative Summative. Bahan ajar yang dihasilkan berupa bahan ajar yang terdiri dari buku siswa dan panduan guru yang masing-masing terdapat 6 proyek berdasarkan Kompetensi Dasar Kurikulum 2013. Hasil uji coba pada bahan ajar yang dikembangkan layak digunakan berdasarkan hasil uji coba perseorangan (reviewer ahli) yang dilakukan oleh 3 reviewer memperoleh hasil 87,87% untuk buku siswa dan 90,63% untuk panduan guru, pada uji coba kelompok kecil memperoleh hasil 88,71%, dan pada uji coba kelompok besar memperoleh hasil 86,80%

     This article aims to explain the characteristics of al-Attas' Islamization. Since this idea was proposed for the first time by Syed Muhammad Naquib al-Attas in 1977 at the World Conference of Muslims in Mecca, it has prompted Muslim scholars’s interesting to make proposals about how Islamization will be aplicated. For example, Ismail Raji al-Faruqi with the institution he leads IIIT, or Maurice Bucaille's approach model which is generally called ayatization. On the many proposals, it is important to explain the characteristics of al-Attas’ Islamization as the originator of this idea. This discussion will be carried out using a content analysis, such a method interpreting al-Attas' works on Islamization.in additional a comparative analysis (comparative method). The results of this study are: First, according to al-Attas, Islamization occurs in the soul. Second, there are two stages of the Islamization they are:  (1) liberation from the traditional and secular worldview (2) incorporating key concepts of Islam. Third, If the Islamization occurs in the soul, and the soul is the location of knowledge seats, then, the Islamization is automatically leading to the Islamization of contemporary knowledge
